Delivery Details & Refund Policy
NOTE: Our delivery charges are calculated on the weight of the entire parcel and not per item.
UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days, £3.95
Tracked 24 6/7: Order before 13:00 GMT – 1-3 working days, £4.95
In the unlikely event that you may not be happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the original order.
Please obtain a receipt from the post office as the item remains your property until it is received back at our warehouse. All items must be unworn, in a re-saleable condition with all tags still attached and in the original packing. (NB we are aware that some items of clothing do not have tags).
We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we can return the item back to you.
However, if the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective, not the ordered product or that you have just simply changed your mind, we will refund the total cost of the item plus the original postage.
When you return any items, please send a message through the ‘Contact Us’ link detailing your name, email address, your order number and the reasons why you want the item refunded.
All returns are processed within 10 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving your items back to us. Once your refund has been notified to you, it may take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your receiving account depending on your banking facilities.
We regret to inform you that we cannot process an exchange. You can return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order to get the item of choice.
In exceptional circumstances where a faulty or incorrect item is received then we will exchange this for you.
